First Lady Michelle Obama Shows Off Her Rap Skills

Here’s another reason why First Lady Michelle Obama is the greatest of all time. The Chicago native teamed up with Saturday Night Live’s Jay Pharoah to get young people across the nation to attend college, but the pair took an unconventional route to motivate viewers.

Shot on location at the White House, Pharoah and Mrs. Obama ran down a list of reasons why you should further your education. “If you’re trying to fly jets/You should go to college/ Reach high and cash checks/ Fill your head with knowledge,” the duo raps.

The College Humor reel also highlights Michelle Obama’s journey to the White House, showcasing a classic black-and-white photo of her in a cap and gown to the First Family’s debut at 2009’s inauguration ceremony.
